Introduction

I decided to share my config files for Lenovo ThinkPad X220, which may be useful for other users of X220. Sorry, but this is not a detailed manual. There are no step-by-step instructions how to configure all subsystems.

Here is the list of kernel patches I use:

• 0001-drm-i915-Increase-WM-memory-latency-values-on-SNB-wi.patch - Apply this patch if you have a high-resolution (something like 2560x1440) display connected via DisplayPort. Otherwise you may encounter problems when you external monitor suddenly turns of.
• remap_touchpad_toggle-3.14.2.patch - This patch just remaps Fn+F8 combination. Without this patch the X-server didn't want to catch XF86TouchpadToggle.
